Scotland is a proud nation, but one where many of our population face growing pressures. Demand on frontline services continues to rise, while funding for the voluntary sector is tighter and closure of support is a real threat.
ATZ is not a frontline delivery organisation. Our role is to support the people and organisations on the frontline.

Founded in 2025, ATZ Solutions draws on nearly two decades of experience across frontline practice, leadership and system-level work in youth work, mental health, suicide prevention and community development, with a deep connection to the West of Scotland.
That experience shapes how we design learning, training and support. Our role is not to replace delivery, but to equip, upskill and support those already working within communities, grounded in real practice, critical reflection and shared learning.

We support organisations to secure funding, strengthen evaluation and use data well, helping them evidence impact, improve practice and operate more sustainably.

We provide reflective practice for leaders grounded in trauma-informed practice, providing guidance that helps leaders think clearly, manage pressure and lead more safely and sustainably.

We host podcasts, workshops and webinars on a range of key social issues, including a focus on understanding and supporting boys and men better across our community.
